關於启动 LoginServer 失敗 問題

小弟运行LoginServer.exe 後

並未達成 LoginServer成功界面

之後運行 relogin.exe
只出現參考帖中圖片的第一行
7 a- C9 B5 @  J即...Listen Server Connection On Port 3200!l
( F4 H; c: Q. v+ ~0 G且在下面System Scout 未有變化
略

在最後启动Mcc_vc.exe後出現
4 |& {! }9 M( s3 \+ E2 g9 p% uconnect  to database [127.0.0.1] fail with wrror description '用?'elysium'登?'失?'
! x5 C" }- O6 Q  y1 Y/ h0 O5 kplease restart the program

以上問題 小弟想請教應如何排解 麻煩大家了 先謝過^^
