關於启动 LoginServer 失敗 問題

小弟运行LoginServer.exe 後

並未達成 LoginServer成功界面
& [( B( l# {( R1 `8 w: f+ Y/ u
; @" `2 J7 e! n4 B0 l! W) _+ U" ^之後運行 relogin.exe
, Q6 ?9 i4 B6 d7 @只出現參考帖中圖片的第一行
即...Listen Server Connection On Port 3200!l
且在下面System Scout 未有變化

5 y" j4 X; B/ i! x+ F# c# K4 A在最後启动Mcc_vc.exe後出現
connect  to database [127.0.0.1] fail with wrror description '用?'elysium'登?'失?'
please restart the program
